Willingness to learn additional quantitative methods, especially intersectional multilevel modelling.
Experience with cross-national surveys and data collection.

Responsibilities

Contribute to two EU Horizon projects REFLECT and VISTA, mainly in quantitative work packages.
Design and analyse cross-national surveys and lead fieldwork execution.
Manage and analyse quantitative data, ensuring rigorous reporting.
Collaborate with senior researchers and international partners on publications.
Contribute to mixed methods work when needed, including qualitative integration.
