Qualifications

• Experience in Transaction Services (financial due diligence) at a Big 4 firm is essential.
• Native Swedish and fluent English is required.
• Additional European language skills are advantageous.

• Work across the entire deal life cycle in a hands‑on role, including both buy‑side and sell‑side work.
• Contribute to & lead projects & work streams.
• Use the commercial aspects of financial analysis skills.
