Job summary

TUI Group is seeking an Asset Lifecycle Engineer to optimise lifecycle costs for our global aircraft fleet. You will work with the Airframe Asset Manager and cross-functional teams to track KPIs, manage warranties, and drive cost-effective asset performance across the lifecycle.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and excellent business English. Some international travel may be involved, with hybrid working options and access to the TUI Learning Hub to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven analytical thinking and ability to handle large information.
• Strong business English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent planning, coordination and organizational skills.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and developing networks.

Responsibilities

• Review maintenance activities on airframes, landing gears, and engines to identify warranty claims and negotiate supplier support.
• Organise warranty claim submissions through OEM portals and track them across departments.
• Coordinate engineering input and report costs claimed and open damages.
• Maintain Aircraft Asset information database as single source of truth and manage lease agreements in CMS.
• Map and improve administrative and operational processes for efficiency and transparency.
• Monitor asset lifecycle data, milestones, and roadmaps to improve utilisation and performance.
