Stegra AB is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Manager to lead the mechanical maintenance team in our Cold Mill operations. You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Projects, and Reliability to keep assets safe, reliable, and efficient during commissioning, ramp-up, and full production.

Formación

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent industrial experience.
• Several years of leadership experience in mechanical maintenance in heavy industry, preferably steel.
• Knowledge of maintenance strategies, preventive and predictive maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the mechanical maintenance team with a strong safety culture.
• Develop and execute maintenance strategies to maximize reliability.
• Plan and lead maintenance activities, upgrades, and commissioning in the Cold Mill area.
• Drive equipment performance using data-driven maintenance and CMMS.
• Manage department budget, resources, and compliance with standards.
