Job summary

Lime Technologies is looking for motivated individuals to join its European Trainee Program in Lund, Sweden. You will start hands-on with Lime CRM, learning through mentorship and challenging projects across industries.

The program begins in January and August annually, with an intensive two-week intro at the HQ followed by local office work and ongoing education throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English and local language where you wish to work.
• Interest in AI and curiosity about exploring AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Creates mappings of data structures between objects.
• Develops front-end components that interact with Lime.
• Contributes to solution design and integrations with third-party systems.
• Codes automatic triggers that run based on user actions in the system.
• Reviews code and writes tests for own or others’ code.
• Plans and estimates time use related to tasks and projects.

• Creates mappings of data structures between objects.
• Develops front-end components that interact with Lime.
• Contributes to solution design and development of integrations with third-party systems.

• Reviews code, write tests for your own or others' code. Quality assurance.
• Plans and estimate of time use related to tasks and projects. High independence in how you control and plan your tasks.
• Works with different programming languages such as Python, SQL and Typescript.
• Has full professional proficiency in English and the local language of where you wish to work.
• Has a bachelor's or master's degree within IT, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Has worked with, or is curious about exploring AI

With our trainee program, we promise you a unique opportunity to kick start your career. Faced with interesting challenges from day one, your learning curve will rise rapidly. Throughout the program, you will be mentored by a senior colleague providing support.

The trainee program kicks off with two weeks at our HQ in Lund, Sweden. Together with all trainees from our different offices, you will get intense training and education as well as plenty of time for team building and having fun. After the intro period, you head back to your local office and start working hands-on with everything you have learned, combined with more education throughout the year.
