Job summary

Lime Technologies in Lund, Sweden invites applications for a European Trainee Program as a Project Manager trainee. You will help customers maximize value from Lime CRM by guiding change, defining needs, and enabling adoption through hands-on PM work and training.

The program starts in January and August each year, including two weeks at our HQ in Lund with intense training and team building, then continuing at your local office with ongoing education and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, IT, engineering, or equivalent.
• Interest in technology and software.
• Curiosity about AI and its applications.
• Fluent in English and the local language of where you wish to work.
• Driver’s license.

As a Project Manager, your role is to help customers maximize business value with Lime CRM. You guide companies through change, from defining needs and streamlining processes to implementing the right CRM solutions and ensuring high adoption.

In this consultant role, you will be based at one of our offices and support our customers through a mix of on-site and digital meetings. Working with new customers is as important as providing some tender loving care to our existing, longstanding customers. That’s what world-class customer care is all about!

What is the European Trainee Program?

With our trainee program, we promise you a unique opportunity to kick start your career. Faced with interesting challenges from day one, your learning curve will rise rapidly. Throughout the program, you will be mentored by a senior colleague providing support.

The trainee program kicks off with two weeks at our HQ in Lund, Sweden. Together with all trainees from our different offices, you will get intense training and education as well as plenty of time for team building and having fun. After the intro period, you head back to your local office and start working hands-on with everything you have learned, combined with more education throughout the year.

The trainee program starts in January and August every year.
