Job summary

Sambla Group in Stockholm seeks an Accounts Payable & Receivable Controller to join our Finance team at our central Stockholm headquarters. You will work closely with the Finance team to support AP and AR across the group, handling invoices, expenses and payments.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in similar finance tasks.
• A relevant academic degree, or equivalent experience.
• Good understanding of financial processes.
• Interest in systems, structure and process improvements.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Great communication in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Handling supplier and customer invoices
• Managing expense claims and reimbursements
• Working with payments, reconciliations and ongoing bookkeeping
• Supporting month-end tasks within AP and AR
• Keeping finance processes structured, accurate and efficient
• Collaborating with Finance and wider organisation
• Identifying smarter ways of working and contributing to process improvements
