Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking an Analytics Engineer for an in-house line role in Stockholm, offering hybrid work and a permanent contract. You will shape data strategy, model data, govern metrics and build scalable analytics foundations.

You'll collaborate with data engineers, stakeholders and AI specialists to enable self-service analytics and future AI capabilities across the organisation. You will drive data accessibility, trust and meaning, defining KPIs and dashboards in Power BI, while

Qualifications

• Several years' experience developing BI solutions using Power BI
• Strong SQL and data modelling skills
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure or similar cloud data platforms
• Experience implementing security models (e.g., Row-Level Security) and governance best practices
• Strong stakeholder management bridging business and technical teams

Responsibilities

• Design and develop semantic models and scalable data models
• Define, document and maintain business KPIs and metrics
• Build dashboards and analytics in Power BI
• Enable self-service analytics across the business
• Ensure data quality, governance, security and performance
• Create data models that support future AI and natural language analytics
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into data solutions
