Job summary

Billerud is seeking an Allocation Manager to balance supply and demand with a data-driven approach. You will collaborate across Planning, Sales and Operations to ensure operational stability and support commercial development.

The role involves optimizing allocation volumes for 0–3 months, monitoring inventory, and leading cross-functional forums. Strong Excel, ERP (SAP) and BI tools experience are valued.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience with demand, supply or inventory planning.
• Experience handling complex data, analysis and forecasting.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
• Structured, data-driven, and solution-oriented approach.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Fluent English written and spoken; good Swedish understanding.
• Experience with planning/BI tools like OMP or QlikView/BI is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a fact-based, short-term balance between supply and demand.
• Drive alignment across Sales, Operations, and Planning.
• Prepare and quality-assure decision-making materials and KPI inputs.
• Manage and optimize allocation volumes within 0–3 months horizon.
• Monitor and balance inventory levels.
• Lead cross-functional forums for product mix and allocations.
• Identify risks, constraints, and bottlenecks and take actions.
• Challenge existing processes and drive planning improvements.
