Job summary

Expeditors, based at our Upplands Väsby office in Stockholm, is seeking an Air Agent to join a dedicated on-site team. You will report to the Air Manager and collaborate with colleagues in a dynamic environment to ensure efficient shipment processing and service excellence.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry, timely communication with customers, and strict adherence to regulatory standards while supporting billing and cross-office coordination in a global logistics network.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Highly detail-oriented with accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently or in a team
• Proven customer service experience and ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Track and trace shipments and manage documentation
• Prepare and process air waybills, commercial and customs documents
• Enter data accurately into the operating system
• Communicate with customers, vendors and Expeditors offices worldwide
• Assist in client billing and maintain quality service provider relationships
• Uphold internal policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
