Job summary

Expeditors is seeking an Air Agent in Upplands Väsby, Stockholm, to join a dynamic, on-site team reporting to the Air Manager. The role focuses on coordinating shipments, documentation, and client communications within a busy air freight environment.

You will track shipments, prepare air waybills and regulatory documents, and perform precise data entry while collaborating with customers, vendors, and Expeditors offices worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Track and trace shipments.
• Prepare, handle, and process shipment documentation including air waybills and customs documents.
• Enter data accurately into operating system.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, Expeditors offices, and coworkers via email, phone, and chat.
• Ensure accurate client billing.
• Maintain relationships with airlines, trucking companies and others.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
