Job summary

Lemonado in Stockholm is hiring an early engineering hire to shape AI-powered data and analytics tooling. You will build across data infrastructure to frontend and design agent networks that run on customer data with autonomy.

You’ll work directly with the two technical co-founders, ship a lot, and push the platform forward with a strong emphasis on AI applications and fast execution.

Qualifications

• You are seriously forward-leaning with AI and have internalized working with coding agents.
• Excellent at managing context and keeping long-running work coherent.
• Very fast learner with exposure to databases, APIs, AI models, and frontend.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship product features across the entire platform, from data infrastructure to the frontend.
• Design and ship agents and agent networks that run on customer data with real autonomy.
• Build eval infrastructure with regression suites, live evals and quality gates.
• Push the chat and Studio surfaces with analytics, reports and multi-step plans grounded in SQL.
• Work on the MCP layer to let external AI tools talk to customer data safely.
• Shape engineering practices, architecture, and tooling as the team grows.
