Job summary

Puffy is hiring a Head of Design to transform our e-commerce experience into an AI-native operation. You will own the design function, toolchain, and governance, leading a three-person team and reporting to the VP, Digital Experience & Conversion.

You will shape workflows, build a scalable design system, and drive rapid, high-quality design across Home, PLP, PDP, and Checkout, while collaborating with CRO on experiments and optimization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in web design for e-commerce.
• 4+ years leading and mentoring a design team.
• Proven experience implementing GenAI tools into a design pipeline.
• Expert in Figma components and design systems.
• Strong understanding of WCAG 2.2 and SEO fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Own the design function and toolchain 운 running on.
• Lead the design system, AI toolchain, and governance.
• Partner with CRO to run experiments and convert insights.
• Build operating model for the entire design function.
• Drive AI-native workflows to ship high-quality design at scale.
