Job summary

PIHR - The Future of Equal Pay is hiring a Senior AI-first UX Designer to shape the pay equity platform’s user experience. You will lead the design of high-quality digital interfaces, turning complex regulatory-driven data into intuitive, trustworthy experiences.

You will work with product management and engineering, using AI-assisted prototyping to accelerate ideas to ship. Strong portfolio and Swedish/English communication are essential.

Qualifications

Strong craft in digital product design with attention to layout and typography.
Translate complex requirements into intuitive experiences for B2B SaaS products.
Experience using AI to accelerate design workflow and prototyping.
Fluent in Swedish and English, with clear documentation of design decisions.

Responsibilities

Shape user experience of Pihr's pay equity platform, turning complex data into simple interfaces.
Collaborate with product management and engineering in a fast-moving process.
Create high-fidelity prototypes and contribute to evolving the design system.
Conduct discovery and user research with HR professionals across Europe.
