• Strong ability to translate design intent into production-ready code with interaction and motion.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical foundation of an AI-first, scalable enterprise design system.
• Translate design into code and continuously improve the system.
• Experiment with AI-assisted workflows for design and engineering using tools like Figma Make, Vercel AI SDK, Replit and Cursor.
• Shape how design system assets are created, versioned, and used when AI integrates into workflows.
• Reduce manual handoffs through better system structure, tooling and automation and reusable assets.
• Build and maintain reusable frontend components with accessibility and consistency.
• Document learnings, patterns and guidelines.
