Job summary

Aceve is building the creative engine across six-plus markets, blending creative direction with hands-on production and AI-powered scale. You will own Aceve's visual identity end-to-end, setting the direction and producing work yourself while building scalable systems.

Sitting near the CMO, you will ensure every marketing output carries a consistent visual language—from video content to brand materials—using modular asset libraries and templating to empower the team to move fast.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in graphic design, product design, or related creative discipline.
• A degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven track record owning a brand identity end-to-end, ensuring visual consistency across content.
• Hands-on production skills in motion and still: you create videos, motion graphics, and static assets.
• An AI-first mindset: actively using AI to speed up work and scale output.
• Experience building creative systems—templates, asset libraries, and production frameworks.
• Ability to set and communicate a clear creative direction for others to follow.

Responsibilities

About the role

We are building the creative engine that powers Aceve across seven countries and multiple brands - and this role is at the centre of it. This is not a traditional design role. We are looking for a senior creative who operates at the intersection of creative direction, hands-on production, and AI-driven scale. You will own Aceve's visual dentity end-to-end: setting the direction, making the work yourself, and building the systems that allow us to produce at speed across markets. You will sit close to the CMO, and everything that leaves Marketing will carry your creative standard.

What will you do

You will own both the creative vision and the day-to-day production - from defining what Aceve looks and feels like, to building the AI-powered workflows that make that vision scalable across six-plus markets. This is a role with real creative authority and real output.

• Own Aceve's visual identity - act as guardian of the design language, form, and creative standards across all markets and brands
• Produce video content (social, campaign, product), motion graphics, static assets, and performance marketing creative designed for testing and iteration
• Build and maintain an AI-first production workflow - selecting, implementing, and mastering AI tools for image generation, video production, copy assistance, and scalable templating
• Design modular asset libraries and production systems that allow the team to produce for multiple markets without linear increases in effort
• Set the creative brief standard and direct internal and external contributors so that all content is produced from the same visual language
• Create brand materials and presentations that reflect Aceve's identity consistently across touchpoints

We believe you have

• 7+ years of experience in graphic design, product design, or a related creative disciplin
• A degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field - or equivalent professional experience
• A proven track record of owning a brand identity end-to-end, ensuring visual consistency across all content produced
• Hands-on production skills in both motion and still - you make videos, motion graphics, and static assets yourself, not just direct others to do it
• An AI-first mindset: you actively explore and adopt the newest AI tools to do your work faster and better, and you know how to scale creative output using AI
• Experience building creative systems - templates, asset libraries, and production frameworks - that enable a team to produce at volume without sacrificing quality
• The ability to set and communicate a clear creative direction that others can follow and execute from.
