Legora is reshaping how legal work is done with an AI-enabled workspace. The AI Enablement function, currently a small but growing team, will own a significant slice of this work—managing engineers, translating business needs into action, and serving as the go-to for AI across Legora.

This high-ownership generalist role suits someone who thrives in ambiguity, ships results, and collaborates across technology and business teams to drive measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent, with coding exposure to work with engineers.
• A few years in a fast-moving environment (ops, strategy, product, consulting, or program management).
• Genuinely AI-native mindset, or clearly on the path toward it.
• True generalist able to switch between strategy, delivery and people work in one day.
• Exceptional learning speed and feedback receptiveness.
• Strong, collaborative communication without ego.

Responsabilités

• Build: coordinate agent and internal tool builds with engineers, translating business needs to technical direction.
• Enable: run trainings, workshops and create documentation to help teams adopt AI; grow an AI champions program.
• Govern: draft guidelines, access policies and usage guardrails; ensure fast, safe movement.
