Job summary

Pierce is seeking a Site & Conversion Lead to own how our extensive assortment is presented and discovered across markets. You’ll set direction, prioritise enhancements and use data, customer behaviour, and experimentation to boost conversion and the digital customer experience.

You will collaborate with UX, Category, Marketing, Tech and BI/Data to build scalable, automated merchandising solutions that support Pierce’s international expansion and new e‑commerce platform development.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital merchandising and product discovery
• Hands-on with onsite search, product feeds, ranking and recommendations
• Strong ability to use data to drive commercial decisions
• Interest in automation and AI for ecommerce processes

Responsibilities

• Own how Pierce’s assortment is presented across markets
• Optimize onsite search, filtering, ranking and recommendations
• Develop scalable rules for campaign rotation, cross-sell and upsell
• Drive automation of merchandising processes and explore AI applications
• Use data to improve product visibility, conversion and performance
• Collaborate with UX, Category, CRM, Marketing, Tech and BI/Data
