Job summary

LTM is seeking a seasoned Program Director/Delivery Executive to lead enterprise-wide insurance/financial services programmes. You will partner with C-suite stakeholders to drive delivery excellence, accelerate customer value, and deliver measurable business outcomes in an AI-native delivery model.

You will oversee multi-workstream programmes, manage risks, and ensure milestones meet exit criteria, while driving growth and customer success across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years leading complex enterprise software programmes.
• At least 5 years in senior delivery leadership in insurance/financial tech.
• Demonstrated milestone-based delivery governance and change control.
• Experience directing AI-native delivery models and SaaS implementations.
• Undergraduate degree; professional certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end programme delivery across multiple workstreams, on time, within scope and budget.
• Define and manage milestones, exit criteria, and customer acceptance for each phase.
• Drive AI-led SaaS delivery velocity and maximize time-to-value for the client.
• Collaborate with Customer Success for growth, renewal, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Manage risks, interdependencies, and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence.
