Etraveli Group seeks an experienced AI Adoption and Governance Lead to roll out internal tools, set standards, train users, and scale adoption of our agentic AI platforms. You will own the governance forum, create guides, and drive cost-aware tool usage across functions.

Based in Stockholm or Uppsala, the role combines hands-on platform configuration with strategic oversight, requiring a strong background in LLMs, tooling, metrics, and cross-country collaboration.

Job Purpose

Etraveli Group has ~3,000 employees and uses market-leading agentic tools and production autonomous agents to drive productivity across all functions, including bespoke use cases.

This role owns rollout, standards, training, and support for our agentic toolkit, alongside leading the Tech/Legal cross-functional governance forum.

A hands-on position focused on configuring platforms, creating guides/assets, running user sessions, and scaling adoption within Data & AI.

The role can be based in Stockholm or Uppsala.

Duties and Responsibilities

Rollout and Adoption

• Own business-side rollout, functional onboarding, and train-the-trainer initiatives.
• Partner with IT on licensing and backend configuration (e.g., connectors/MCPs) to drive adoption.
• Secure management alignment across departments and continuously optimize tooling rollout routines.
• Track model spend against usage to optimize cost vs. value.

Standards and Reusable Assets

• Establish practical AI standards, project structures, and output verification protocols.
• Provide plain-language guidance on tool selection and data classification compliance.
• Build and curate a shared library of prompts, skills, workflows, and evaluate new stack tools everything from memory to managed agents

Training and Support

• Design/deliver training programs with HR (onboarding, functional tracks, power-user deep dives).
• Lead a champions network and run senior sponsor education programs.
• Educate users on efficient, cost-effective tool usage and context structuring.
• Support users hands-on to help them solve their business problems with the help of AI

Governance Operations and Support

• Manage the AI governance forum intake/agenda, structuring cases for Tech and Legal review.
• Act as the primary contact for teams proposing new personal AI tools / connectivity, screening for technical and practical feasibility.
• Communicate responsible use standards (data guardrails and mandatory verification) across the organization

Measurement and Opportunities

• Own adoption KPIs (tracking weekly active usage and AI maturity per function).
• Identify and resolve cultural, practical, or technical adoption blockers with leadership.
• Manage the promotion path for proven self-serve workflows to transition into centrally built engineering projects.

Qualifications / Personal Characteristics

Must Have

• Proven track record of rolling out internal tools/platforms (access, onboarding waves, support).
• Daily power user of LLMs with experience building prompts, projects, Gems, skills, or workflows.
• Experience designing and delivering non-technical training and clear documentation.
• Solid technical understanding of LLMs, agents, tool use, and retrieval mechanisms.
• Ability to define adoption metrics and present structured business cases to senior leadership, Legal, and Tech partners.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience administering Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot or a comparable enterprise AI platform.
• Experience driving adoption of more than one overlapping tool at once.
• Python or similar at prototyping level.
• Background in L&D or training design.
• Experience in a multi-country organisation with a large operational workforce.
