Job summary

Ericsson in Stockholm invites an AI and Automation Software Developer to join our Patent Operations team. You will help create secure, practical digital solutions that improve how patent professionals work with information and manage daily processes.

You will contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from understanding user needs and developing applications to deployment, maintenance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of practical software and AI-enabled application experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS or related field.
• Strong Python backend and API development skills.
• Experience with web applications and modern frontend frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy AI-enabled applications and automation solutions for patent-related processes.
• Build web applications, backend services, APIs, integrations and automated workflows using Python.
• Use generative AI and information-retrieval techniques to present information from patent databases.
• Develop AI-based assistants and automated solutions that support end-to-end workflows.
• Integrate language models and enterprise data into user-focused applications.
