Job summary

LeoVegas seeks an AI Value & Insights Specialist to drive the AI Hub's measurement, benchmarking and support agenda. You will own KPI tracking, ROI reporting, budget monitoring and market benchmarking to steer AI projects across functions. You will also run the AI Helpdesk and build knowledge resources.

The role collaborates with Finance, Product & Tech, HR, Comms, Security and Legal, reporting insights to AI and business leadership. Strong numerical and people skills are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Analytics or related field.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and understanding of AI value and limits.
• Strong financial acumen with ROI models and KPI dashboards (Excel/BI/Tableau).
• Experience in financial analysis, business performance, strategy or consulting.
• Structured market and competitor research and actionable insights.
• Excellent English communication and service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining the AI KPI framework and dashboards with Finance.
• Setting baselines and measuring before/after AI impact for leadership reports.
• Monitoring the AI programme budget and spend against plan.
• Running competitor and market benchmarking of AI in iGaming and beyond.
• Turning benchmarking findings into actionable AI strategy insights.
• Setting up and running the AI Helpdesk for colleagues.
• Building a self-service knowledge base and identify adoption barriers.
• Sharing internal AI success stories with Comms to boost adoption.
