Job summary

LeoVegas Group seeks a GenAI Leader to champion the democratization and responsible use of Generative AI across the business. You will shape strategy, build roadmaps, promote internal GenAI adoption, and drive measurable productivity gains while ensuring ethical and secure deployment.

You will lead training, foster an AI Community of Practice, monitor trends, and report KPIs to leadership, collaborating with business, tech, and engineering teams to unlock practical business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies (ML, NLP, GenAI) and their business applications.
• Knowledge of AI ethics, governance, and data governance.
• 3+ years in product adoption, transformation, or technology adoption initiatives.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs.

Responsibilities

• Champion GenAI democratization across LeoVegas.
• Develop and refine a GenAI strategy and roadmaps.
• Identify high-impact GenAI use cases and promote adoption.
• Design and deliver GenAI training programs for diverse audiences.
• Lead an internal AI Community of Practice for knowledge sharing.
• Monitor GenAI trends and provide actionable insights.
• Advocate for ethical AI governance and secure use.
• Define, track, and report KPIs on AI adoption and impact to leadership.
