Axis Communications in Lund is seeking an Agile Project Leader to shape the future of AXIS OS Cybersecure Software Development. Lead two development teams, manage dependencies, and drive informed decision making with stakeholders to ensure high-quality, secure software.

You’ll own the backlog, align requirements, and partner with product and engineering leaders to execute strategy. A strong tech mindset and people leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Work experience as a project Leader/team leader/backlog owner/product owner or similar.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and software development practices.
• Master’s degree in computer science, engineering or similar field.
• Ability to motivate your teams, creating an open and innovative work environment.

• Own and prioritise the product backlog for smooth execution.
• Collaborate with other teams and Leaders to assure that requirements and dependencies are managed and aligned.
• Align requirements and dependencies across teams.
