Job summary

Accenture PLC in Stockholm is seeking an experienced Adobe AEP / AJO Architect to lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise customer data and activation solutions. This role requires hands-on AEP and AJO expertise and a knack for translating business needs into scalable tech.

You will guide data flows, design customer journeys, orchestrate activations, and mentor delivery teams while collaborating with stakeholders across client projects in the Nordics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Marketing Technology experience.
• 3+ years hands-on Adobe technology architecture experience.
• Strong practical experience with AEP and AJO.
• Strong knowledge of CDP, customer profiles, identity, segmentation and activation.
• Experience designing integrations and data flows across enterprise MarTech ecosystems.
• Strong stakeholder management and delivery leadership skills.
• Professional English; a Nordic language is a strong advantage.
• Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, advertising technology or composable CDPs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and delivery of AEP and AJO solutions.
• Design AEP solutions across XDM, datasets, identities, profiles and segmentation.
• Architect customer journeys, orchestration and activation in AJO.
• Design customer data solutions supporting a unified customer view and advanced segmentation.
• Guide integrations, APIs and data flows across the MarTech ecosystem.
• Translate marketing and business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead delivery while coordinating technical and business stakeholders.
• Coach specialists and engineers within delivery teams.
