Job summary

Tata Technologies in Gothenburg, Sweden is seeking an ADAS Vehicle Test Engineer to join a cross‑functional engineering team developing and validating Advanced Driver Assistance Systems and Active Safety functions.

You will verify ADAS in real vehicle environments, plan and execute tests on proving grounds and public roads, analyze results and provide feedback to development teams to improve safety and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation & Control, Automotive Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Verify and validate ADAS functions in real vehicle environments
• Plan, prepare, and execute tests on proving grounds and public roads
• Evaluate function behavior, performance, robustness, usability, and customer experience
• Use vehicle, rig, and simulation environments to support verification activities
• Analyze test results and provide feedback to development teams
• Contribute to safe, reliable, and customer-focused ADAS functionality

What You'll Do

• Verify and validate ADAS functions in real vehicle environments

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation & Control, Automotive Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Hands‑on experience in complete vehicle testing
• Experience within ADAS, Active Safety, Automated Driving, or similar vehicle functions
• Experience planning, executing, and documenting vehicle tests
• Experience with verification and validation methodsi>
• Experience analyzing vehicle logs and test results
• Valid Swedish Driving License (Category B)
