Acne Studios, a progressive luxury house, seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own recruitment across functions and markets. You will partner with hiring managers and People teams to understand needs and build strong teams for the future.

You will identify talent through sourcing, market mapping, and network-building, while delivering a positive candidate experience aligned with Acne Studios' culture and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years in Talent Acquisition or recruitment, preferably fashion/luxury/retail.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
• Proven sourcing, talent mapping, pipeline building, and interview skills.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and data-driven hiring decisions.
• Knowledge of structured assessment methodologies and inclusive hiring.
• Strong understanding of labour legislation and recruitment compliance.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret recruitment metrics.

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying and bringing great talent into Acne Studios, partnering closely with the business to build the teams and capabilities we need for the future.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will take ownership of recruitment across different functions and markets, partnering closely with hiring managers and People teams to understand business needs and build strong teams for the future. You will:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from understanding the hiring need and shaping the search through to offer and onboarding
• Partner closely with hiring managers, providing guidance and challenge to support strong and well-informed hiring decisions
• Proactively identify and engage talent through sourcing, market mapping and network building
• Build relevant talent pipelines to support both current and future business needs
• Create a strong and consistent candidate experience that reflects Acne Studios' culture, values and creative spirit
• Use recruitment data and market insights to identify trends, improve outcomes and inform hiring decisions
• Bring knowledge of local talent markets and relevant labour legislation into the recruitment process
• Continuously develop our recruitment practices, tools and ways of working, helping us build a stronger and more scalable global approach to Talent Acquisition

Specific Experience And Knowledge For This Role

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar role, preferably within fashion, luxury, retail, or other fast-paced consumer-facing industries
• Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions and stakeholder groups
• Proven expertise in proactive sourcing, talent mapping, pipeline building, and competency-based interviewing
• Experience leveraging ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment data to drive informed hiring decisions
• Good understanding of structured assessment methodologies and best practices in selection and evaluation
• Experience contributing to employer branding, talent attraction, and candidate engagement initiatives
• Working knowledge of labour legislation, recruitment compliance, and inclusive hiring practices
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Swedish is considered an advantage
