Job summary

Communardo seeks a senior finance professional to manage day-to-day accounting, including VAT, payroll, and cash flow, while coordinating intercompany and group reporting. You will own the full accounting cycle, develop improved processes, and collaborate with international stakeholders such as Finnish and English-speaking teams.

Flexibility in hours and location is offered. The role requires strong consolidation experience, autonomy, and a proactive mindset to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Strong accounting expertise with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Experience in consolidated accounts and intercompany transactions.
• Ability to own the full accounting cycle and work independently.
• Proactive, accountable, and improvement-focused.
• Excellent communication in Finnish and English; Danish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day accounting and preparation of financial statements.
• Handle VAT and payroll declarations.
• Monitor cash flow and banking matters.
• Coordinate intra-group invoicing and intercompany accounting.
• Prepare reporting to the group and management.
• Coordinate payroll processes.
• Develop new procedures and working methods.
