Job summary

Communardo Group is seeking a skilled accounting professional to manage day-to-day accounting and financial statements, including VAT and payroll declarations, cash flow monitoring and intra-group activities. You will report to the group and coordinate payroll, while developing improved procedures and working methods.

The role requires strong accounting expertise within a group environment, an independent, proactive mindset, and excellent communication with local and international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting expertise including monthly, quarterly and annual statements.
• Experience in group environments or consolidated accounting.
• Ability to own the full accounting cycle and work independently.
• Proactive, accountable and hands-on approach.

Your Mission

Your responsibilities will include, amongst other things:

• Day-to-day accounting and financial statements
• VAT and payroll declarations
• Cash flow monitoring and banking matters
• Intra-group invoicing and accounting
• Reporting to the group
• Coordination of the payroll process
• Development of procedures, processes and working methods

Your Profile

• Strong accounting expertise, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Experience working in a group environment or a solid understanding of consolidated accounts and intercompany transactions
• Ability to take ownership of the full accounting cycle and work independently
• High level of accountability and a proactive, hands-on approach
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Curiosity and a willingness to challenge and develop existing processes
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to communicate complex financial matters in a clear and understandable way
• Down-to-earth personality with a collaborative and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to build effective relationships with local and international stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English, both written and spoken; Danish is an advantage
