PM Plan Gap identification, PM task list review/updation and Bill of Material updation for all Electrical Assets. Making SMP / Asset strategies for field equipment.**Responsibilities:*** To Collect all the required data from field, CMMS/SAP and document management system.* PM task list review, development and updation. Verify the gap on task list from field implementation practices and propose the necessary changes in PM task List.* Verify the Asset details available in CMMS database with field installation from equipment Name Plate.* Read and refer the Equipment drawing to provide data for Bill of Material updation.* Coordinate with warehouse/Maint.dept for spare parts inspection & getting the part details* Coordinate with OEM for collecting the required Bill of material and other part details* Knowledge of the Oil and Gas Industry.* Good understanding of refinery assets for Electrical disciplines.* Experience in SAP PM/MM Module usage* Ability to retrieve/read and understand P&ID, SLD, Schematics, GA Drawings, Cross Section drawings, Assembly drawings and O&M Manuals for equipment* Communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a diversified and critical environment.* Data analysis and report writing skills.* Attention to details.* Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).* Proficient in verbal and written English.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering with sound fundamentals and technical skills on refinery assets is required.* Minimum 10+ years’ relevant Experience in the Oil / Gas/petrochemical industry.* Experience in SAP-PM Module is must.* Experience with Refinery/ Petrochemical asset operations, maintenance, and Hand-over activities is must.* Should have prepared SMPs / strategies for maintenance of electrical assets.* Should have hands on experience on routine maintenance and upkeep of refinery/ petrochemical equipment /Electrical equipments (Motors, Transformers, switchgears etc)* Knowledge about Reliability studies (FMEA & RCM) will be an added advantage.Belong.
