A recruitment service provider in Al Khobar is looking for a Presales Engineer to analyze customer requirements and design ITSM solutions. The role involves working closely with clients and internal teams, delivering product demonstrations, and supporting the sales cycle. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, solid knowledge of ITSM fundamentals, and strong communication skills. ITIL certification is mandatory for this position.
At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently looking for Presales Engineer with a strong background in NMS / ITSM / ITAM solutions to join our client’s team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers, partners, and the internal development team to define requirements, design solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and support the sales cycle end-to-end.
Gather, analyze, and document customer requirements.
Respond to technical and compliance-related queries from customers and partners.
Identify gaps, feasibility, and customization needs; estimate effort and complexity for customizations.
Prepare and deliver product / solution presentations and demonstrations.
Set up and execute PoC (Proof of Concept) / PoT (Proof of Technology) environments for prospective clients.
Prepare competitive analysis documents comparing solutions, technologies, and industry offerings.
Work closely with the development team to clarify requirements and define the scope / Statement of Work (SOW) for solution implementation.
Maintain knowledge base, case studies, and documentation about customizations and their reusability.
Provide daily / weekly updates on opportunities, ongoing tasks, challenges, and pipeline status to the reporting manager.
Assist in preparing solution BOMs, compliance documents, and solution design materials for NMS / ITSM / ITAM opportunities.
Travel across the Middle East & Africa as needed for presales activities, meetings, demos, and customer engagements.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing Presales or Solution Engineering role.
Strong experience working with NMS / ITSM tools (e.g., SolarWinds, FreshWorks, ManageEngine, etc.).
Hands-on experience preparing compliance documents, solution BOMs, and design documents for NMS / ITSM / ITAM solutions.
Solid understanding of ITSM fundamentals.
Prior experience working with customers in the Middle East market.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
ITIL certification (mandatory).
Practical experience using or deploying various ITSM platforms.
Ability to define solution USPs based on product, technology, and industry verticals.
Experience delivering training sessions or workshops on NMS / ITSM tools.
