A leading HVAC solutions provider in Saudi Arabia is seeking a passionate Sales Executive to drive the growth of residential and commercial water heating units. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry and strong technical knowledge. Responsibilities include promoting products, maintaining contractor relationships, and delivering technical presentations. This position requires fluency in English and Arabic, and a readiness to travel within the region.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience ideally in HVAC, plumbing, or building materials industries.
  • 2 years experience in sales.
  • Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

  • Promote Viessmann’s water heating systems for residential and commercial applications.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and facility managers.
  • Deliver product presentations and technical recommendations.

Drive Sales & Growth
  • Actively promote Viessmann’s water heating systems for residential and commercial applications.
  • Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and site visits.
Build Trusted Partnerships
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and facility managers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and dedicated after-sales support.
Show Technical Expertise
  • Become a product expert across hot water and steam systems systems.
  • Deliver product presentations, live demonstrations, and technical recommendations.
Know Your Market
  • Manage your assigned sales territory effectively, ensuring lead conversion and full coverage.
  • Stay informed about competitor activity, pricing trends, and new technologies .
  • Represent Viessmann at trade shows and industry events .
Collaborate Across Teams
  • Work closely with marketing, technical, and logistics departments.
  • Share insights from the field to help shape future product and market strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Marketing .
  • 5+ years of experience ideally in HVAC, plumbing, or building materials industries and 2 years experience in sales.
  • Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets .

  • Understanding of financing or rebate programs related to water heating solutions.
