Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our fast-growing fast-food company. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, guiding our financial strategy, and ensuring the company s financial health. This role requires a seasoned financial leader with extensive experience in the food and beverage (F&B) industry, preferably within the fast-food sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the unique financial dynamics of a fast-paced, high-volume business and will be instrumental in driving our continued growth and profitability.
Responsibilities Financial Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company s business objectives. Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections. Financial Management & Reporting:
Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
Operational Efficiency:
Collaborate with operational leaders to optimize financial performance, reduce costs, and improve profitability. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations across the organization.
Risk Management:
Evaluate and manage financial risks associated with the business. Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures to safeguard the company s assets and ensure compliance with all financial regulations.
Capital Management:
Oversee capital structure and manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial partners. Ensure effective capital allocation to support business growth and expansion.
Leadership & Team Development:
Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Ensure the team has the necessary skills and tools to execute their roles effectively. Stakeholder Relations:
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, auditors, and regulatory agencies. Serve as a key point of contact for financial inquiries and communications.
Job Requirements *Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
*Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is highly desirable.
*Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, with significant experience in *the F&B industry, preferably within the fast food or quick service restaurant sector.
*Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
*Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
*Demonstrated ability to manage financial risks, optimize operational efficiency, and drive profitability. *Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
