Job Description
  • Performing basic architectural/engineering calculations.
  • Preparing specifications, reports and related data tables.
  • Maintaining liaison with design and drafting groups.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required.
  • Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, may independently perform advanced technical assignments of various complexities within approved schedules and budgets.
  • May coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines and other departments participating on an assigned project.
  • May assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Demonstrated expertise in large-scale projects, with a particular emphasis on theme parks and mixed-use developments.
  • A valid SCE Certificate
  • Proven ability to lead complex architectural projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail essential for creating precise architectural plans and specifications.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard architectural software and design tools.
