Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in operations or strategic leadership roles, ideally within the IT or tech sector.
- Proven ability to manage teams, drive execution, and lead change.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities
- Assist the COO in managing and optimizing operational functions across business units.
- Drive implementation of strategic initiatives and track execution progress.
- Monitor KPIs to evaluate performance and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Identify operational risks and lead mitigation strategies.
- Lead special projects or initiatives as assigned by the COO.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for the executive team and board.
- Act as a representative of the COO in meetings and decision-making processes when required.
- Support budgeting, resource planning, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Contribute to building a high-performance culture with accountability and excellence.
