Overview /

We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Electrical Engineer with strong design expertise and a proven track record in delivering complex, large-scale projects, including high-rise developments. The ideal candidate will be fully proficient in BIM workflows, experienced in using the ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) platform, and knowledgeable in Saudi Building Codes and local authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities /

• Lead the electrical design for complex and high-rise building projects from concept to detailed design.
• Develop and review electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, grounding, earthing, ELV systems, life safety systems, and energy management.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC), NFPA, IEC standards, and local authority regulations.
• Coordinate closely with multidisciplinary teams (architecture, structure, MEP, infrastructure).
• Review and approve electrical design calculations, drawings, load schedules, and single-line diagrams.
• Manage BIM-based design production, clash detection, and model coordination using Revit and Navisworks.
• Utilize ACC platform for document control, model management, and design collaboration.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, and tender documents.
• Support site teams during execution by responding to RFIs, reviewing material submittals, and providing technical guidance.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure quality control across all electrical deliverables.

Qualifications & Requirements /

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering design, with at least 5 years in high-rise or complex building projects.
• Strong knowledge of SBC, local authority requirements (SECO, Civil Defense, Municipality), and international standards.
• Advanced proficiency in BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks) and collaboration platforms such as ACC.
• Extensive experience with electrical design calculations and engineering software.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to join immediately is preferred.
