Commercial Project Manager for DI Process Automation - Saudi Arabia/Al-Khobar

Join our Digital Industry team as the Commercial Project Manager in Process Automation and help transform everyday challenges into innovative solutions for a better tomorrow.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Reviewing offers and proposals, including terms & conditions, legal, and tax matters; participating in Limits of Authority (LOA) meetings and coordinating with legal/compliance teams.
  • Booking new orders/projects, initiating order entry checklists, and approving bookings following Siemens processes.
  • Creating and maintaining customer records using GMDM; initiating bank guarantees via the GREAT tool.
  • Monitoring project progress, issuing invoices for advance payments and progress, and forecasting sales from order backlog.
  • Following up on receivables, maintaining project databases, and updating SAP records timely.
  • Reviewing project cost controlling reports, managing project costs, supplier invoices, and NCC controlling.
  • Managing purchase orders with vendors, approving invoices, and releasing payments.
  • Participating in project kick-offs and meetings, preparing financial review slides.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal, financial, and company policies.
Qualifications for success:
  • Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar from a reputable institution.
  • Mandatory SAP knowledge (Sales & Logistics modules).
  • Mandatory IFRS-15 knowledge.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Commercial Project Management within Siemens.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Knowledge of financial statements, accounting principles, and conventions.
  • Understanding of legal, contractual, banking, and taxation matters; experience with VAT, export control, and withholding tax is a plus.
  • Certified Commercial Project Manager (PM@Siemens) with Middle East experience preferred.
