A professional consulting firm in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Oracle HRMS SA Consultant with strong functional expertise in HRMS modules and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include conducting requirement-gathering sessions, configuring HRMS modules, and providing post-implementation support. The ideal candidate must have at least 8 years of experience and fluency in Arabic. This role offers a dynamic work environment focused on aligning Oracle solutions with organizational needs.
Qualificações
- Minimum 8 years of experience as an Oracle HRMS Functional or SA Consultant.
- Proven ability to conduct requirement-gathering sessions and translate them into system configurations.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HRMS Work Structure, Absence Management, Self-Service, Performance Management, and AME setup.
- Expert knowledge of Oracle documentation methodology and best practices.
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
Responsabilidades
- Conduct meetings with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Apply Oracle documentation methodology to design and maintain structured documentation.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end users.
- Configure and modify Oracle HRMS modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful implementation.
- Provide post-implementation support and assist in testing.
- Maintain process documentation and ensure alignment with organizational standards.
Conhecimentos

- Provide post-implementation support and assist in testing, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
- Maintain detailed process documentation and ensure alignment with organizational standards.
