Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Jeddah seeks a Welding Engineer to manage welding procedures and qualification processes. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with ASME codes and maintain records of welders. Essential qualifications include a degree in Mechanical Engineering and relevant certifications. This position offers a competitive salary between SAR 8000 to SAR 9000 per month, along with allowances and medical insurance.

Qualifications

• Experience in design and fabrication of pressure vessels and heat exchangers.
• Strong understanding of ASME codes and QA/QC activities.
• Proficiency in welding procedures and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and advancement of Welding Procedures.
• Qualifying new WPS and PQRs.
• Calibration of Welding machines and ensuring correct procedures are followed.
