Job summary

Technology Experts Company is seeking a field technician in Medina to collect water samples according to approved plans. You will follow ISO/IEC 17025 procedures and NWC instructions, protect samples from contamination, and record detailed data at each location.

Responsibilities include accurate data recording, Chain of Custody, timely lab delivery, and strict adherence to safety protocols in varying field conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in water sampling or field work preferred.
• Ability to work in the field under varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Collect water samples (drinking water, raw water, wastewater) according to approved plans and schedules.
• Follow ISO/IEC 17025 procedures and NWC instructions during sampling.
• Use designated tools and containers, protecting samples from contamination.
• Record complete sample data accurately (location, time, temperature, chlorine, pH).
• Apply Chain of Custody requirements and deliver samples to the laboratory on time.
• Follow occupational health & safety procedures during field work.
• Report abnormal observations at sampling locations.
• Maintain sampling tools and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
• Adhere to approved project routes and work plans.
