Job description

Responsibilities

Responsible for the safe, compliant and economic operation of floor, wall and ceilings. Complete reactive repair works. Inspect repair floor, walls and ceiling coverings. Inspect repair free standing and fitted furniture. Inspect repair luminaries. Inspect repair doors, windows and associated furniture. Painting and re‑decorating. Maintain daily logbooks. Perform any other tasks assigned by his line manager supervisor.

Preventative Maintenance Execution. Materials Management and Preparation. Safety, Quality & Environment. Comply with operational procedures. Use and maintain the proper safety equipment and PPE at all times in accordance with training.
