Job summary

Nascom in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Civil Maintenance Technician to support buildings and facilities. The role encompasses repair, restoration, waterproofing, painting, and preventive maintenance tasks performed to high standards.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in building and facility maintenance is preferred.
  • Perform civil maintenance works in buildings and facilities.
  • Carry out repair, patching, plastering, and restoration works.
  • Repair and replace floor tiles, ceramic tiles, marble, and other finishes.
  • Repair cracks, damaged surfaces, and minor structural/civil defects.
  • Perform painting, putty, and wall-finishing works.
  • Repair doors, windows, and related civil works.
  • Carry out waterproofing and minor sealing works as required.
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities.
  • Inspect facilities and identify civil maintenance requirements.
  • Attend and complete maintenance work orders within the required timeframe.
  • Use hand tools and equipment safely and correctly.
  • Ensure the quality of completed maintenance works.
  • Maintain clean and safe work areas after completing tasks.
  • Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and other maintenance teams when required.
  • Follow all company health, safety, and environmental procedures.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good condition.
  • Report completed works, defects, and additional requirements to the supervisor.
  • Perform other duties related to civil maintenance as assigned by the supervisor.
