Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business requirements
• Conduct user research, including surveys and usability testing, to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas
• Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that align with our brand guidelines
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the implementation of designs is consistent with the intended user experience
• Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work for web or mobile applications
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on e-commerce or SaaS products is a plus
• Familiarity with front-end development languages (HTML, CSS) is a plus
