Junior UX Designer
As a Junior UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating user-centric digital experiences for our clients. You will work closely with our team to understand client needs and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing designs. Your role will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and conducting usability testing to ensure the best possible user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented designer looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of UX design.

Responsibilities:
- Work with the team to understand client needs and develop design solutions
- Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that accurately represent the final product
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from users to improve designs

Requirements:

Salary: $1200/month (negotiable based on experience)
