V2X, Inc. is seeking a qualified Aviation Maintenance QC/QA Inspector to sign off on all red X conditions and oversee inspection criteria for airframe, powertrain, avionics, and armament systems.

The role includes coordination with the QC Manager, weight & balance tasks, and maintaining a current technical library. The ideal candidate will have FAA IA and A&P certificates, plus an Associate degree or higher and at least five years of mission design series experience, with leadership experience

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree or higher is required for visa eligibility.
• FAA IA certificate and FAA A&P certification are required.
• Experience with military aircraft maintenance and rotorcraft is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform quality technical inspections of aircraft, equipment, and systems including avionics and armament.
• Conduct on-site safety inspections of tools and equipment used in maintenance activities.
• Lead inspections during maintenance, repair, modification, and overhaul processes.
• Review maintenance forms and ensure compliance with approved methods and procedures.
• Assist in QDRs, investigations, and cost estimates as required.
• Develop and apply QC processes, standards, and reports in coordination with SCM.
• Provide training and support for DART procedures and safety initiatives.
