Job summary

A leading oil and gas company in Dhahran is seeking a finance professional responsible for handling daily operations with banks, including cash transactions, analyzing bank statements, and preparing reports. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting and possess SOCPA membership. Strong knowledge of accounting basics is necessary. Responsibilities

• Handle daily operation with Banks through monitoring the implementation of cash transactions.
• Analyze daily bank’s statements and validate debit and credit interest calculations.
• Process all cash transactions related to deposits, withdrawals & foreign currency exchanges.
• Prepare daily cash position report and track credit facilities.
• Prepare payment plans for each bank facility.
• Follow up and review all bank accounts and related inquiries.

Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle daily operation with Banks through monitoring the implementation of cash transactions, plus recording on oracle system.
• Analyze daily bank’s statements and reflecting / validation of debit and credit interest calculations per each bank & related pricing rate.
• Process all cash transactions related to deposits, withdrawals & foreign currency exchanges in line with business needs.
• Preparation of cash position daily report & Position of credit facilities such as ( Overdraft, MTL,...)
• Preparing payment plans for each bank facility through related agreement & collection mechanism.
• Follow up and review all bank accounts, banking facilities, and any bank inquiries for review requirements.
• Any other tasks as assigned by line manager.
