Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Traffic Engineering.
• 5–10 years traffic engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of traffic modeling tools (SIDRA, Synchro).
• Familiar with MUTCD and local regulations.
• Strong design, reporting, and coordination skills.
