Job summary

Vertiv in Saudi Arabia seeks a Thermal Service Engineer to install, commission, and maintain precision cooling systems across the KSA, with secondary support for the Middle East as needed.

You will diagnose complex thermal faults, read electrical and mechanical drawings, and collaborate with regional teams to ensure service excellence. A degree in engineering and 3–5 years hands-on experience are expected, with travel up to 60% in KSA.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years hands-on experience servicing precision cooling/thermal systems.
• Strong reading of electrical/mechanical drawings.
• English fluent; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and start-up of precision cooling and thermal systems.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance per OEM standards.
• Diagnose faults in refrigeration cycles and HVAC controls.
• Provide technical support for data center and telecom environments in KSA.
• Coordinate with regional service delivery and partners to ensure service and reporting.
• Mentor junior engineers and assist with training.
