Vivian Bullwinkel Lodge in Merriwa, WA is seeking a compassionate Therapy Assistant to support the Residential Aged Care team on a permanent part-time relief basis. You will assist with delivering individual and group therapy programs, assess residents' needs, encourage participation, and work with Lifestyle, Allied Health and Clinical teams to promote wellbeing.

Join the team at Vivian Bullwinkel Lodge in Merriwa and help enhance the wellbeing, independence and quality of life of our residents through meaningful therapy and lifestyle programs. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Therapy Assistant to join our Residential Aged Care team on a permanent part-time Relief basis.

This relief position offers the security of permanent part-time employment while providing flexibility to work a range of rostered shifts to support operational requirements.

While primarily based at Vivian Bullwinkel Lodge, the successful candidate will be expected to maintain flexibility and may be required to work shifts at Karri & Tuart Lodge as required.

Working closely with the Lifestyle and Allied Health teams, you will assist with the development and delivery of engaging individual and group programs designed to support residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing. About The Role
