Job summary

Alfanar is seeking a design professional to support tendering activities by preparing preliminary designs, drawings, and technical documentation aligned with project specifications for proposals.

You will work on base designs, technical submittals, and ensure design data is properly organized and up-to-date within designated systems. This role involves coordinating with engineers and tendering teams to meet timelines and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare preliminary drawings, layouts and design documents for tendering.
• Assist in preparing design-related documents and submittals for tenders.
• Coordinate with tendering engineers to clarify design requirements.
• Ensure design outputs align with project specifications and standards.
• Maintain data in designated systems and ensure version control.
• Follow defined design standards, codes and company guidelines.
• Ensure safety, quality and environmental compliance in design outputs.
